How Would I Benefit From The Free Boiler Tax Credits Grant Scheme?
Thousands of households across the UK have benefited from our free boiler grant. By replacing your old and inefficient boiler with a new A-rated model, you could save up to £300 per year on your energy costs. This is because most boilers that have been used for more than seven years tend not to be very energy efficient sometimes operating at around 65% of full efficiency.
This means previously for every £1 you have been spending heating your home, more than 35p of that would be wasted due to your old boiler not converting the fuel burned to heat very efficiently. So a new boiler could lead to making huge savings on their energy bills, allowing you to spend that money on something rather more interesting.
The savings do not just end there, as a new boiler with all its related guarantees and aftercare, means that you will not be having to pay the costs of servicing, maintenance, repairs, insurance etc for your boiler. Additionally, there is also the environmental benefits to take into account as a new boiler will help reduce emissions generated when heating your home and add to a general reduction in your own personal carbon footprint.
With free boiler tax credits grants, you can rest assured knowing that you will be provided with a new boiler that is both eco-friendly and pocket-friendly. So, do not delay joining the benefit from a new boiler installation by applying online now. It only takes 60 seconds and yet could save you plenty in the long term.
Free Boiler & Heating Grant Scheme Criteria
Grants are available to cover some or all of the cost of replacing inefficient or faulty boilers and electric storage heaters. They can also cover the cost of installing central heating if you do not have it. The central heating grant scheme can be gained by homeowners and private renters who receive a qualifying benefit, tax credit or grant and they do not have to be paid back. Boiler grants are currently only available to homeowners who receive a benefit.
A contribution towards the cost may sometimes be required. This will differ depending on the property type and the current heating system but there are numerous options available to help you pay this amount. Free boiler tax credits include standard finance, 0% finance and the green deal which uses the energy bill savings from installing a new boiler to pay for the shortfall so you will never be out of pocket.
Free Replacement Boiler
Note that funding levels have been cut in recent years and there will be very little difference if you apply elsewhere.
These Government-backed grants are part of the Energy Companies Obligation (ECO) scheme. Under ECO, Energy Suppliers are required to pay towards energy saving improvements in households that are likely to be living in fuel poverty.
Even if you do not qualify for the heating grant scheme, we can arrange for you to receive a free survey and quote from approved installers who can help with finance through free boiler tax credits.
